What is Importer of Record and why does it matter?
The Importer of Record is legally responsible for your goods clearing US customs. Your 3PL cannot act as your IOR — getting this wrong can mean fines or rejected shipments. We help clients understand this before their first shipment, not after.
We already have inventory stuck in FBA with storage or SKU issues — can you help?
